Public
Relation is management of perceptions through communication in internally and
externally in order to get a favorable image of the organization. So PR should
be design in the fashion, to accommodate in terms the management skills, while
at the same time the messages that are communicated to the public are also
managed in integrated manner. PR should be design to not only serve the external
consumer but also internal consumers such as workers, sponsor. The lines of
communication to these internal stakeholders must at all-time be kept open. PR
should be design in a manner that creates a dialogue between an organization
and the people who are influenced by business's daily operation, in that
creating a favorable image for the organization.
The
dialogue opened in terms of communication build trust, and once trust is
attained, good reputation follows. It is not an easy thing to do but once
achieved, it enhances the company brand.
